Page Diehl Martin is a Certified Professional Photographer. He works with his wife Monica Martin in their family photography business, Monica Martin Photographer. He works the business end, and she works the photographic end of the business. Diehl Martin is also a Senior Electronics Engineer for Aegis Technologies Group, in Huntsville, Alabama. He has worked as an engineer for more than thirty years, and designs analog and mixed-signal electronic and software-driven devices and systems. Over the years, Diehl mas worked for many different engineering companies, and has designed many devices which are in wide use. He has worked for W4RT Electronics, Optical E.T.C., Sverdrup, SCI, and Hughes Aircraft Company. Here are some examples of some items he designed while at one of these companies. The page is old, but it does give a feel for what he has done. Diehl worked for more than a decade as an electronics and software design consultant. This work was of a "ghost design" nature, where Diehl would design the equipment, and the customer would take full credit for the work. It is a cost-effective way for smaller businesses to buy design work without having to hire any employees. Diehl also was active in the free software and free hardware design movements for several years. He released quite a number of free hardware designs from his freeio.org web site.
